Wasnt expecting much and was pleasantly surprised for the first hour. After that the thought provoking stuff started to wear off, as did Michael’s non-Irish accent.
Great start with mutants and plot but without major smash-boom explosions, which is good. Shows some integrity and the ability to make a story on screen without resorting to flashy distractions. James plays with his role well and Michael is very psycho. Don’t know if Kevin is talking the German lines but it’s nice to see different languages being recognised.
Then America and it’s history comes along. you’ll know the bit when you get there. The big, bad plan of the baddie is a little hard to take seriously. But then, it’s a bit of fun.
But the fun is lost a bit by the kiddy element who remind me of Harry Potter. An yhone else get that?
Starts off better than the others, runs out of steam by the end.
As a box set of them all? Maybe. Not sure though.
Watch if on TV?
Yes. It’s Scifi on comics.
