Clint, oh, Clint. You make me want to watch everything you do but some things you’ve done are just not good.

The sixties brought forth some good things but those gaps in films where nothing happens and the main character stares out the window looking at boring stuff – we could have done without those. Unfortunately Clint’s character does a lot of these bits where he wanders around the seedier side of America.

Clint is Clint. So that’s good. There’s a point mid way where Clint is sitting at his desk and he really looks different to the Clint usually seen in films. It’s acting, I guess. No, but it’s good acting and turns the movie around. From then on I wasn’t tempted to hit the fast forward at all.

Unfortunately the ending is crap, meaningless and totally crap. Looks like they got bored and rushed it.

Not something I’ll watch again.
