Jackie Chan.  Maybe I should stop there? No, this is more than just a Kung Fu movie, there is a lot of heart with the acting and even the story. Not much story it has to be admitted but there is a big attempt at acting, even though it’s mostly from Jackie.

Here we have the car chase down a hill through a chanty town and a great stunt on a bus with an umbrella. Trust me, good stunts. There’s also the speedy fights and normal stuff but watch the scene where Jackie takes the chief of police hostage. There is genuine emotional work there.

But the music lets it all down. It really does. The kaky tunes ruin a lot of the scenes. I guess that’s Chinese movies for you. There are also roles that all the regular actors have to play in each movie and that limits the story line.

If you like Jackie, you will like this. If not then you might.

Keep DVD?
I think so if I can find a set with Project A and Police Story 2.
Watch if on TV?
Sometimes. More often that not.
Snog, Marry, Avoid?
Snog a bit.
