So much to like, where to start? Sean is looking fully in control and there’s a complete baddie who cares not a jot for this annoying British spy.

Soundtrack is catchy and so royally dignified that it lends a 3D element all of it’s own. Raunchy, sexy girls and the set-pieces in Q branch and M’s office.

Bond is truly born in Goldfinger.

Ok, maybe there are a few plot problems – why the map room with the hoods? – but none of that matters.

Big effects, big film, and big love.

About Simon Trail

There has long been a tradition that a knight will show a crest and / or motto of his family. I shall endeavour to provide such a distinguishing and immediately descriptive thingy over my management of this site. Please be patient. Or Doctor if you're David Tennent.
