As werewolf movies go, this isn’t big league but keeps you watching. A few moments when you think “huh?” and a few when you think “cool” but not many when you want to hide behind the sofa or shout “He’s behind you!”

Not predictable, more acceptably fun. Some good performances in a small budget movie and a lot of nice locations including authentic Slavic village.

Looks like it was a tester for a TV series and I’d probably watch it for a while if it was.

DVD Extras: Quite a lot of interview time and some good behind the scenes where everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. Also a couple of good effects that I hadn’t even noticed. They’re in front of you the whole time but really well done. Good pack of extras, I’d say.

Keep DVD?

No.

Watch if on TV?

Yes.

Snog, Marry, Avoid?

Snog.
