“on a shark”
Steve has the voice, the script writers have enough punch and the animators have the screen. There isn’t much more needed to make this a cute, quick witted, jumpy, squeaky dessert for all the family.
It’s not got the flare for original that the first did and maybe goes over the top a bit with the minions. However, the minions are where the fun happens a lot of the time it’s just that, oh, I don’t know, it seems they become centre stage a bit much.
The quality of the backgrounds is excellent, even to the extent that I spent a lot of time watching everyone except the main characters, looking for a little strange quirk. There are a few! Minions eating minions for example!
It’s fun and has quite a few laugh-out-loud moments that mean you should defo see it, just not an award winning show.
Keep DVD?
Yes, for a bit of fun. Bit like a Garfield book.
Watch if on TV?

Snog, Marry, Avoid?
Snog. In a very cosy jumper.
