So many attempts to cash in on the story of Bletchley Park code cracking team. This one fails.

Kind of more a wimpy little drama than a film, Dougray is quiet as he should be but never captures the absolute geekyness that would be more believable. Kate is good, give her that, she shines as the shy-girl next door with brains. But it doesn’t help lift what is a dull script and a never-quite-gets-there plot.

Not a war movie nor a thriller, this one sits in the Sunday-afternoon slot. One to miss.
