Sinister by name and sinister by nature. A good horror with shocks, horrible bits and spookiness. Fun in the fashion of BEHIND YOU!

Not a big cast and they all did well although I’d say the performances were a little less dramatic in places than they could have been. More staged acting at times. However, the direction – or may the editing? – is great and really puts the goose bumps through their paces. Wife jumped and screamed a couple of times and I managed to find some internet reviews of phones I urgently needed to look at during those scenes when you know the window pane has got way too much attention when he passed by it the first time….

Well worth a look if you like a few scares.

DVD Extras: A few spooky tales from real life crime and the dreaded commentaries. No outtakes, no Making-Of and no Scenes-We-Didn’t-Like.

Keep DVD?

No.
Watch if on TV?
No but I’d advise you to give it a go if it comes on.
Snog, Marry, Avoid?
Snog. Obviously behind the sofa and during the day.

About Simon Trail

There has long been a tradition that a knight will show a crest and / or motto of his family. I shall endeavour to provide such a distinguishing and immediately descriptive thingy over my management of this site. Please be patient. Or Doctor if you're David Tennent.
