Finally saw the film that everyone was going on about. It’s in the same bracket as The Goonies and The Breakfast Club. The one everyone says defines an era and a genre and all that stuff.

No. Just a bit dull.

Surfin’, sky divin’, dude-talkin’, man-huggin’.

Patrick is good. I’ve seen a few of his movies and this one certainly lets him show off his skills. For that ten minutes, the film shoots and scores. The rest is a bit dull and Keanu is just plain boring. Maybe it’s not him. It needed a square to become a surf dude and maybe he fit the bill. Really, though, not even sure there’s much here for film buffs to study.

Ordinary. that’s about as good as I can call it.

Not impressed. Glad I didn’t pay money to see it in cinemas or on VHS.

Keep DVD?

No, uh uh, man.
Watch if on TV?
No, way dude.
Snog, Marry, Avoid?
Avoidomundo, bro.

About Simon Trail

There has long been a tradition that a knight will show a crest and / or motto of his family. I shall endeavour to provide such a distinguishing and immediately descriptive thingy over my management of this site. Please be patient. Or Doctor if you're David Tennent.
