It’s like…no, I don’t know what it’s like! Violence that’s so OTT it isn’t nasty and with tongues firmly planted in cheeks. An unstoppable force, Machete stomps around, romping, stomping some more, killing, being killed, not-being killed and eventually being an anti-hero. Certainly deserves to be a cult hit but not one I’d rush back to see quickly.

You’ll like the cast. Each puts in a well timed performance and it’s good to see so many going for this kind of fun film which, let’s face it, isn’t going to win any awards.

Not funny enough, perhaps with too much emphasis on the humour of the main man being unstoppable. Not one for me but the wife thought it was fantastic!

I liked the girls if that helps.

DVD Extras: Good, open interviews, not many gags. Danny Trejo is awesome!

There has long been a tradition that a knight will show a crest and / or motto of his family. I shall endeavour to provide such a distinguishing and immediately descriptive thingy over my management of this site. Please be patient. Or Doctor if you're David Tennent.
