Not a horrendous movie and certainly has some nice quirks but all in all it’s a very smooth-radio style horror experience.

Daniel is not the an obvious choice for the main role, that’s apparent in the first half hour. Maybe since I see him as 007 but also maybe he’s not got the nicey-nicey personality. However, persevere and you get a much more interesting second and third act, even pulling you in to try to unravel the mystery.

Both Naomi and Rachel do good work for the little they are involved and the plot is quite cute in a horror sort of way. Just not much punch to it. Probably a bit light for a full on film and maybe could have been a two part TV thing. The kids are good wee souls but it’s not a taxing film for anyone involved.

Anyway, not great and you need to stick with it to get the most out of this kinda mediocre affair.
