Format Watched: TV

Leslie’s so good looking and she get’s her top-kit off a couple of times. Paul is odd looking and splays his legs a couple of times. It’s all still family stuff for teens and up with the odd swearing event.
They’re also good comedy peeps but here everything drags on a bit much and the show tries to be all versions of cliche you can imagine without actually making more than a couple of laughs per hour. Not well scripted and not wonderfully directed, I think it relied on the main gag of hitting 40 and missed the point of also making, you know, a movie. Perhaps someone thought they should make a comedy then went through a bad break up half way through and took it out on the script.

Moments of “oh, yeah, I get it. that’s a bit funny.” but then a lot of times where the remote was poised for fast forward. I didn’t but only due to a sense of duty to these reviews.

Bit of fun but would have been better as a 3 part TV series. I wouldn’t watch it again.
