A weird hero but a fun one to watch go on a really trippy adventure!

Benedict is not always my cup of tea but he’s found a fantastic fit with this production. He’s always got the humour and can step out in elegance but he’s also shown a dash of action that the director has made the most of. This is a semi-intellectual, jumping-in-and-out-of-mirror-worlds-with-strange-chases type of action and it’s refreshing to see rather than massive explosions and guns (although there are a few of these as well!)

Good fun for everyone, tones and ambience lifted rather than the usual moody dark, and with scifi coming out it’s ears! Go get!

About Simon Trail

There has long been a tradition that a knight will show a crest and / or motto of his family. I shall endeavour to provide such a distinguishing and immediately descriptive thingy over my management of this site. Please be patient. Or Doctor if you're David Tennent.
