I listened to the hype and then the anti-hype. I should never do that. You should never do that. When reading this or any review you should always be saying to yourself that it’s just someone’s opinion, nothing more. We all like things for our own reasons.

This film’s crap.

Big budget and so much promise with a lot of interesting things that should have been explored in a better, more focused way but I have to agree with someone’s review that said (kinda) this was a case of too many sweet wrappers and not enough fillings. Margot, Will, Cara and most of the rest are all nice in their way but the script is dull, the action isn’t much better and it just feels like DC are wanting to kick start a big group movie franchise by throwing everything in at once. This ends up being a mediocre soup where no one is worth getting invested in.

Now, there’s always an upside….um…..only one I can think of is Margot but given the outfits and Harley Quinn’s mental state I doubt any fit girl could have messed that one up. No, not being chauvinistic, it’s the main – and kinda only – pulling reason to go see this empty affair. I say big budget but in places it looks like the money was wearing thin.

If you need to spend time with a superhero movie and all the others are out enjoying themselves at the Comic Oscars, then knock yourself out. You might not need to as it could very nearly put you to sleep.

Watchability (once, twice, etc.)
Once so you can say to your friends how disappointing it was.
Keep DVD?
Watch if on TV?
Hug, Snog, Marry, Avoid?
Avoid. You can get more from looking at pictures of Cosplay on internet and writing your own comic.
